- 1-2 Frozen bananas
- 1-2 cups frozen berries (eg: black cherries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 1-2 TBS chia seeds
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1-2 TBS almond/macadamia nut butter (or a handful of nuts)
- 1 tsp honey/2-3 dates
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 TBS Mesquite powder (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
