Recipe of the Day: Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie Bowl :)

This smoothie bowl was so creamy and flavorful and is packed with antioxidants. Did you know that besides being high in antioxidants, blueberries are also high in vitamin C, can improve brain function, assist digestion, boost immune system, improve heart and eye health and can even help fight urinary tract infections?  Who knew that such a tiny berry could pack such a punch?!



This delicious combo contains:


2 small frozen bananas

1 cup blueberries

1 TBS almond butter

1/2 cup almond milk

1 TBS hemp seeds

1 TBS Vanilla Dream Superfoods Shake (@soaringfreesuperfoods) and a pinch of salt.

Topped with fresh berries, chia seeds and my homemade buckwheat granola
