  Welcome back to the Scuttlebutt:    So, the Title: “Texas sharpshooter” doesn’t actually refer to Charles Whitman, the Texas Clocktower shooter, who killed his mother, and wife, then went on to kill 14 more people and wound 32 using a bolt action rifle with a three-round magazine, although he will be mentioned again later…
