Leftover quinoa? Bored of your breakfasts or want something more filling?
Made this Quinoa Protein Porridge a while back using leftovers. I had it cold, but warming it up again would have probably been even nicer – added almond milk, cinnamon, maple syrup, almonds (great with walnuts too!), cranberries, goji berries, hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds – so delicious and certainly hit the spot (kept me full for ages as well – bonus!) I can imagine this would be amazing in winter – cooked from scratch with almond milk and spices (think cardamom, cinnamon, cloves…)
