Recipe of the Day: Quinoa Protein Porridge :)
Leftover quinoa? Bored of your breakfasts or want something more filling? Made this Quinoa Protein Porridge a while back using leftovers. I had it cold, but warming it up again would have probably been even nicer – added almond milk, cinnamon, maple syrup, almonds (great with walnuts too!), cranberries, goji berries, hemp seeds…
